Does this look like a pirate quilt? I don't think so either. 
I hope my patience will grow over the next year as this WILL be done by next Christmas. Sophia's is still in my machine, waiting, hoping that I might set it free. I sewed about two strips before getting up from the table. I hate quilts. I despretely want to make them for the kids, but I hate making them. Someone hold me accountable. My kids will unwrap handmade quilts on Christmas 2010.
