Possible Broken Foot :(

I fell down the basement stairs this afternoon. This is the second time in a year's time. What the heck? Does my laundry hate me that much? Did I unintentionally hurt the stairs in my home somehow? I just don't understand. It hurts REALLY bad and I'm fairly sure it's broken. I can't walk. I can't even really move it at all. I am surprised how much you use your foot to lift it off the ground. Maybe that sounds stupid, but I would have said it was all leg and knee. We'll I can't lift my foot off the ground so I'm going to go out on a limb and say I was wrong. I will probably visit an ER in the morning, unless I can't make it until then or Jake gets tired of walking me to potty, which ever comes first. :)
